Me and the whole family came here today after a day out visiting London. As Asian food is our absolute favourite food of all to eat we had a walk through china town to find somewhere nice to eat. After having a good look around and reading menus. We decided to give this lovely little restaurant a try. Even though this restaurant appears small inside. We sat down comfortably with 5 of us which included 3 children and a buggy. We was given complimentary tea, water and nibbles as soon as we sat down. We all ordered our favourite dishes to eat and our food arrived in around ten minutes. My daughter does not know how to use chopsticks but the server took the time to show my daughter which was fantastic. The food, well what can I say other than wow. The food was absolutely fantastic. The katsu curry was amazing. The chicken was perfectly coated with crispy batter and the chicken was so nice and juicy. The curry was amazing and the potatoes were cooked to perfection. The broth that the udon noodles was served in was also delicious. The sushi was also fantastic with really fresh fish. Our baby made a right mess with the sushi rice and was throwing it on the floor and our daughter accidentally knocked a bowl of the table and it smashed (we do really apologise for this) and I always clean up if our children make a mess. However they was insistent that I left it and they would clean up. Our baby loves sushi and he ate so much. I think the staff were even surprised to see a baby enjoying their sushi. It was an absolute pleasure dining in your restaurant today. We will definitely be back next time when we are in London. Thank you for the amazing food
A really cute little place with kind staff and great food. My partner and I couldn't fault this place, the staff were all really nice, the atmosphere was cozy yet comfortable too. The price of the food was reasonable, especially for how good the food was. When we're next in the area, we'll definitely come back, and definitely bring our friends.
I needed my Japanese food fix in London and this was the best place to get that. The food is close enough to what I would experience in Japan. I had tonkatsu, my husband had karaage and my best friend had the tofu katsu. Service was very attentive and quick too!
Came in and was seated straight away. Considering I only had limited time for my break, the food came super quick. I liked the little complimentary crackers and green time. Super cute touch. Ordered a Chicken Katsu Curry - it was without faults - the sauce was great, the chicken even in the sauce still stayed crispy, and the rice was perfectly sticky. Would have loved some gentle background music personally, because everyone ended up whispering and it felt a bit too calm. That’s just a tiny minor thing, but either way I will definitely come and visit again, preferably with a friend.
